Dear Timekeepers and Payroll Managers,

Please be advised that a new daily maintenance window for all physical time clocks will take effect starting immediately.

Maintenance Window Details

  • Time: Daily from 00:15 to 03:15 (12:15 AM – 3:15 AM)
  • Purpose: Scheduled firmware updates and routine time clock maintenance. 
  • The Timekeeping team will provide advance notice of any updates before they are applied.

During this nightly 3-hour window, time clocks may undergo updates or brief restarts to ensure systems remain up to date and reliable. 
Note: clocks may be unavailable for punching during this window. 

What You Need to Do

  • Inform your department staff of this scheduled daily window.
