Time Clock Firmware Updates Scheduled

Dear Timekeepers and Payroll Managers,

Following up on our recent email announcing the daily time clock maintenance window, firmware will be updated for the following clock groups as follows:

• Group 2: Friday, September18, between 12:15 AM and 3:15 AM  
• Group 3: Monday, September 21, between 12:15 AM and 3:15 AM
  • NOTE: ROMAINE’S is already updated.
• Group 4: Tuesday, September 22, between 12:15 AM and 3:15 AM
  • NOTE: RESH OP CUST SR is uninstalled and will be updated later.

During this window, time clocks will undergo updates and brief restarts, and may be unavailable for punching. Please inform your department staff of this upcoming maintenance.
