Dear Timekeepers and Payroll Managers,
The monthly salaried ASE/GSR employees that imported into Kronos over the weekend received email notifications to approve their September timecard. These notifications should be ignored.
The Kronos Administrators have signed off the previous pay period for any monthly salaried employees in a BR or BX pay rule, which will stop subsequent reminders to employees and any emails to managers.
There are 170 employees that could not be signed off because their original hire date is 10/1/2023, which prevented sign off prior to their hire date. We do not expect these employees to receive notifications, but if they do, they can be ignored. Remaining notifications to be sent for September timecards are scheduled as follows:
- October 5 at 9 am - employee email reminder
- October 5 at 11 am - employee and manager email reminder
- October 8 at 11 am - final employee email reminder
