Timekeeping Manager Assignment Application (TMAA)

Assign Access Control Numbers and configure manager visibility in TMAA. The UCSB VPN is required for those located off-campus.





Employees should reach out to their manager or department's payroll staff if they have questions about their timecard. If payroll managers or timekeepers need additional support, they can visit the IT Services Portal or call (805) 893-5000 to open a ticket.
