In 2020, RA pay rules were established to replace FX pay rules. However, not all employee configuration was changed at the time. There are no issues with someone having been in the legacy FX pay rule. However, it is best practice to have the pay rule aligned with the employee's TUC.
The Kronos Administrators have centrally updated employees that were in pay rule "FX MO-S HOL8". The following logic was used for the new configuration:
- If the TUC for the employee's position is 99, the updated pay rule is "99 MO-S HOL8"
- If the TUC for the employee's position is RA, the updated pay rule is "RA MO-S HOL8"
- Sign off +1 was used as the effective date
