Note (added 2/11/2021): The COVID-19 Emergcy FamilySick Paid, COVID-19 Emergcy Sick Paid, and COVID-19 Expanded FMLA Paid pay codes expired on 12/31/2020 and are no longer available in Kronos. 

For all Non-Exempt Biweekly Paid Employees and Exempt Monthly Paid Employees:

Payroll Managers or Timekeepers will need to enter the appropriate pay code(s) and the amount of hours of leave to each applicable date, and save the changes to the timecard.  

Please direct questions regarding qualifications for PAL, EPSL, and EFML usage to Human Resources or Academic Personnel.

** Employee requests for Expanded Family and Medical Leave must follow the existing FML submission and approval procedures as outlined by the Academic Personnel Office (for academic appointees) or the Human Resources Office (for staff employees).
