Dear Timekeepers and Payroll Managers,

Due to character limitations in our timekeeping system, a pay code has been renamed.  Please note the following change, effective immediately:

  • Old name: HX-NX-RX-TX Personal Day
  • New name: Floating Personal Day

Key Reminders:

  • This pay code is restricted to department Timekeepers and Payroll Managers for entry on employee timecards. 
  • HR will share further details regarding usage and eligibility in upcoming Control Point and HRBP meetings.
