Timekeeping is the process of tracking and reporting hours worked and leave time taken. Employees, supervisors, and payroll managers/timekeepers all have a vital role to play in the timekeeping process.

Maintenance Windows
Timekeeping may not be available during the following designated maintenance windows:
1:00 am - 3:00 am Monday through Friday
9:00 pm - 3:00 am Friday-Saturday & Saturday-Sunday
Training
Access online training for Timekeeping in the UC Learning Center, or documentation and help guides in the Knowledge Base Portal.
Support
Employees should reach out to their manager or department's payroll staff if they have questions about their timecard. If payroll managers or timekeepers need additional support, they can visit the IT Services Portal or call (805) 893-5000 to open a ticket.
