On Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 2:00 to 3:00pm, the Timekeeping Support Team hosted a Mini Tune-Up Session on Access Control Numbers.

The presentation included:

  • How managerial visibility works: Access Control Numbers (ACNs), Employee Groups, and the “Reports To" field
  • Creation and organizational structure of ACNs and Employee Groups
  • Staff (aka Departmental) vs Academic (aka Universal) ACNs and Employee Groups
  • Difficulties and limitations of cross-departmental managerial visibility
  • Timekeeping Manager Assignment Application (TMAA)
