Dear Payroll Managers and Timekeepers,

The Kronos WBT for Payroll Managers and Timekeepers is now live and accessible in the UCSB Learning Center. To access the WBT, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the UCSB Learning Center website
  2. Click “UC Learning Center Employee Login”
  3. Log in with your netID and password
  4. Click “Find A Course”
  5. Search for “Kronos”

Effective today, new Payroll Managers and Timekeepers will need to complete all three modules before being provisioned with Payroll Manager/Timekeeper access in Kronos.

Our goal is to give Payroll Managers and Timekeepers a better understanding of Kronos before they begin working with the application. In order to complete each module, users will need to pass a quiz with a score of at least 80%. When the Timekeeping support team receives requests for new Payroll Manager/Timekeeper access, they will verify completion of the WBT.

Current Payroll Managers and Timekeepers are not required to complete the WBT. However, we recommend that they review the WBT to brush up on different Kronos concepts.

A summary of each module is listed below:
