New Accrual Articles Published in Timekeeping Knowledge Base

Dear Payroll Managers and Timekeepers,

To accompany some of the concepts discussed in the Accrual Calculations & Usage MTU, we’ve published two new articles in our Timekeeping Support Services Knowledge Base.

The first new article outlines how to use the No Accruals Profile Hyperfind Query. This query presents a list of employees in your roster who are configured with the “No Accruals” accrual profile in Kronos. This is helpful if you need to review employees’ configuration, and ensure that employees who have accruals are able to enter them onto their Kronos timecards.

The second new article outlines how to use the Accrual Balances Genie. This Genie presents your roster’s accrual balances. This is helpful if you need to quickly check if any of your department’s employees are in danger of entering negative balances.
