Dear Payroll Managers and Timekeepers,

We have added a new category to our Timekeeping Question/Request ticket in the Electronic Timekeeping catalog: ithelp.ucsb.edu.

The new "Payroll Upload-Non Historical Correction" category is for requests to:

  • Validate sign off status/timing
  • Validate upload history
  • Pay hours already on timecard, but not uploaded due to missed sign off
  • Adjust accrual balance(s) for use on a timecard not yet uploaded

And questions about:

  • Next steps for upload errors (often cycle mismatch errors)
  • Upload schedules

To find this category, go to ithelp.ucsb.edu, select Enterprise Business Applications > Electronic Timekeeping > Timekeeping Question or Request, and in the “I need help with” field select “Payroll Upload-Non Historical Correction."

Selecting the “Payroll Upload-Non Historical Correction" category will ensure tickets are routed to the appropriate fulfillers and allow us to prioritize tickets.
