Dear Payroll Managers and Timekeepers,

This is a friendly reminder that all required training must be completed before Sunday, May 11 in order for Payroll Manager or Timekeeper access/roles to transition to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).

Timely completion is essential to ensure your role transitions smoothly at go-live. If training is not completed, your access will be reverted to a Manager role and you will lose the ability to sign off timecards for payroll uploads. This may impact employee paychecks in your department.

As a reminder, office hours are available every Monday and Thursday from 1:30–2:30 PM PST through May 8 to support you with any department-specific questions. You must complete the training before attending. Zoom links for each office hours session is available on the Timekeeping Calendar.
