Reminder: Updated Timekeeping Website and Mini Tune-Ups (MTUs)

Dear Payroll Managers and Timekeepers,

Today, we updated the Timekeeping website with a new look and an updated layout. The address of the new site is the same (https://www.timekeeping.ucsb.edu), but you will find many improvements in the updated layout and organization of the site.

The new website brings some changes to the content found there. Most notably, job aids and documentation have been migrated to the Knowledge Base in ServiceNow. A link to access to the Knowledge Base Portal is available on the Homepage and Training page of the Timekeeping website.

The new Timekeeping website will also feature a Blog page, where updates about upcoming Mini Tune-Ups (MTUs) will be posted. Keep an eye out for another email with details about this month’s MTU session.
